Workout Will Work Out


久方ぶりに身体を動かすと、気持ちよかった...。

Today I’ve taken up a workout after several days: 30 reps of push-ups, 60 sit-ups, and 100 squats, among others. Well, they took it out of me 😄. But I’ll try to stick to this and never quit again :)—Habit is second nature, as they put it!

I’ll sure have a muscle ache tomorrow, but be that as it may, good health is just precious, you know. I wish tomorrow morning I could rise and shine!

Besides, experience tells me that physical shape-up leads to ideas’ shaping up well. So, be in gear and keep on smiling, buddies!
