Life is full of ups and downs. Sometimes you experience rock bottom. When you find the situation worsens, instead of whining and struggling, keep your cool and never run away from it. Look at your surroundings objectively, and somehow hold on. Reopen your mind to the fact that all you have to do now is do what you must do. Prepare yourself for this time of submission and say to yourself, “Now is the time for lying down, awaiting your chance. Do what is before you, one thing at a time, without hesitation.” Then, eventually, you will have an opportunity to turn things around, and often significantly.
